What do I need before logging in?

You need the registered phone number for verification. After onboarding, the dashboard shows balance, orders, API keys and IP whitelist settings.

Can I log in without SMS later?

After the first login, you can enable MFA and set a password in account settings, then use password or MFA-assisted login.

Where can I get the API Key?

Log in to the merchant dashboard and open account or API settings to retrieve the key required for API calls.

Why do I need an IP whitelist?

The whitelist limits API access to approved servers and reduces risk if a key is exposed.

What does real-time pricing data include?

Error Codes and Status

What should I do when an order fails?

Check order status, balance, inventory and delivery type first. If the issue persists, contact support with the order ID.

What should I check first when the API returns an error?

Check API Key, signature, IP whitelist, request parameters, balance and the returned error-code message.

When should I contact support?

Contact support when order status is stuck, balance looks wrong, keys cannot be used, or the error cause cannot be identified.
